Test Credits and Payments

Access to certain features or tests may require the purchase of credits or a subscription.

Credits

Credits are sold on a £3 per test basis (or as otherwise indicated).
Credits are non-refundable once used to access a test.
Credits cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved processors.
By purchasing credits, you authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge your chosen payment method.
Prices and available packages may change at any time without prior notice.

Test Content and Scoring

The tests provided on Free IELTS Tests are mock practice tests intended for educational use only.
While we strive for accuracy, our scoring system is AI-assisted and human-reviewed, not official IELTS scoring.
Scores are estimates designed to reflect your approximate IELTS band level.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome or official IELTS result.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including tests, text, graphics, code, logos, and other materials — is owned by Free IELTS Tests or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may use our materials for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

You may submit certain content (e.g., written answers, messages, or feedback) through the Platform.
By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve the Platform using that content.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

Service Availability and Updates

We aim to provide continuous access to our Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access for:

Free IELTS Tests, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free IELTS Tests and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
